Triplet Double

A Bittersweet Milestone: No More Bottles

Isaiah Hernandez

In this episode of Triplet Double, host Isaiah Hernandez, a dad of five kids under five including spontaneous triplets, reflects on the end of an exhausting but unforgettable season: 17 months of bottles. He looks back on the long nights of feeding three babies every two to three hours, the endless cycle of washing and prepping bottles, and the support system that made parenting multiples possible.

Isaiah shares stories of bringing the triplets home from the NICU, juggling their different feeding schedules, and balancing the needs of his two older toddlers while caring for three newborns. He also recalls the humorous moment of scheduling his vasectomy on Mother’s Day weekend and how quickly the baby stage disappeared.
